I make documentary work embedded in community, with a particular interest in migration, memory, and cultural identity. I also take on sound design and audio projects across short film, theater, and immersive installation.
Trained in film, anthropology, and audio post-production at NYU Tisch. Trilingual in English, Chinese, and Spanish. Love experimenting with everyday objects to create unexpected sounds.
Lately I've been especially drawn to the natural world, taking inspiration from mountains and traditional music wherever the sounds take me.
